আমাদের অ্যাপ ব্যবহারের পূর্বে নিচের শর্তাবলী ভালোভাবে পড়ুন। অ্যাপ ব্যবহার করলে আপনি এই শর্তাবলী মেনে চলতে সম্মত হন।
১. গ্রহণযোগ্যতা
এই শর্তাবলী আপনার এবং অ্যাপ ডেভেলপারের মধ্যে একটি আইনি চুক্তি। আপনি যদি কোনো অংশে সম্মত না হন, তাহলে অ্যাপ ব্যবহার করবেন না।
২. ব্যবহারকারী অ্যাকাউন্ট
- অ্যাপ ব্যবহারের জন্য আপনাকে একটি অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি করতে হতে পারে (ইমেইল ও পাসওয়ার্ড বা Firebase Authentication)।
- আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের তথ্য সঠিক ও বর্তমান রাখা আপনার দায়িত্ব।
- আপনি আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের নিরাপত্তার জন্য দায়ী; পাসওয়ার্ড গোপন রাখুন।
- অ্যাকাউন্ট ডিলিট করার অনুরোধ জানাতে পারেন, তবে কিছু তথ্য আইনি কারণে সংরক্ষিত থাকতে পারে।
৩. ব্যবহারকারীর কনটেন্ট
আপনি দোকান, মসজিদ, অফার, নোটিশ, রিভিউ, ছবি ইত্যাদি জমা দিতে পারেন। জমা দেওয়ার মাধ্যমে আপনি আমাদেরকে একটি বিশ্বব্যাপী, রয়্যালটি-মুক্ত, অ-এক্সক্লুসিভ লাইসেন্স দিচ্ছেন যাতে আমরা সেই কনটেন্ট অ্যাপের মধ্যে ব্যবহার, প্রদর্শন ও প্রচার করতে পারি। আপনি নিশ্চিত করছেন যে আপনার জমা দেওয়া কনটেন্ট অন্যদের অধিকার লঙ্ঘন করে না।
৪. নিষিদ্ধ কার্যকলাপ
আপনি অ্যাপ ব্যবহার করার সময় নিম্নলিখিত কাজ করবেন না:
- আইনবিরোধী, হুমকিমূলক, মানহানিকর, অশ্লীল বা আপত্তিকর কনটেন্ট পোস্ট করা।
- অন্যদের গোপনীয়তা লঙ্ঘন করা বা স্প্যাম করা।
- অ্যাপের নিরাপত্তা ব্যবস্থা ভাঙার চেষ্টা করা বা ম্যালওয়্যার প্রবেশ করানো।
- অ্যাপের কার্যকারিতা ব্যাহত করা বা সার্ভারের উপর অত্যধিক চাপ তৈরি করা।
- অ্যাপের কোনো অংশ অনুমতি ছাড়া কপি, পরিবর্তন বা রিভার্স ইঞ্জিনিয়ার করা।
৫. বুদ্ধিবৃত্তিক সম্পত্তি
অ্যাপের সকল কনটেন্ট (লোগো, ডিজাইন, টেক্সট, গ্রাফিক্স, সোর্স কোড) আমাদের বা আমাদের লাইসেন্সদাতাদের সম্পত্তি এবং কপিরাইট, ট্রেডমার্ক আইন দ্বারা সুরক্ষিত। ব্যক্তিগত, অ-বাণিজ্যিক ব্যবহারের জন্য আপনি অ্যাপ ব্যবহার করতে পারেন, কিন্তু অন্যথায় আমাদের লিখিত অনুমতি ছাড়া ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন না।
৬. দায়িত্ব অস্বীকার ও সীমাবদ্ধতা
অ্যাপটি "যেমন আছে" (AS-IS) এবং "যেমন পাওয়া যায়" (AS-AVAILABLE) ভিত্তিতে সরবরাহ করা হয়, কোনো প্রকার ওয়ারেন্টি ছাড়া। আমরা অ্যাপের নিরবচ্ছিন্ন বা ত্রুটিমুক্ত অপারেশনের গ্যারান্টি দিই না। কোনো ক্ষতির জন্য আমাদের দায়িত্ব আইন দ্বারা অনুমোদিত সর্বোচ্চ সীমার মধ্যে সীমাবদ্ধ।
৭. থার্ড-পার্টি সেবা
অ্যাপটি Google Maps, Firebase, WhatsApp ইত্যাদি থার্ড-পার্টি সেবা ব্যবহার করে। তাদের নিজস্ব শর্তাবলী প্রযোজ্য, এবং আমরা তাদের কোনো কর্মের জন্য দায়ী নই।
৮. শর্ত পরিবর্তন
আমরা যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন করতে পারি। বড় পরিবর্তন অ্যাপের মাধ্যমে বা নোটিফিকেশনের মাধ্যমে জানানো হবে। পরিবর্তনের পর অ্যাপ ব্যবহার চালিয়ে গেলে আপনি নতুন শর্তে সম্মত হয়েছেন বলে গণ্য হবে।
৯. সমাপ্তি
আমরা যেকোনো সময়, কোনো নোটিশ ছাড়াই, আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট বা অ্যাপ অ্যাক্সেস বাতিল করতে পারি যদি আপনি এই শর্তাবলী লঙ্ঘন করেন বা আমাদের ক্ষতি করেন।
১০. প্রযোজ্য আইন
এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের আইন দ্বারা পরিচালিত হবে এবং যেকোনো বিরোধ বাংলাদেশের আদালতে নিষ্পত্তি হবে।

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our App. By using the App, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Acceptance
These terms form a legal agreement between you and the App developer. If you do not agree with any part, do not use the App.
2. User Account
- You may need to create an account (email & password via Firebase Authentication).
- It is your responsibility to keep your account information accurate and current.
- You are responsible for the security of your account; keep your password confidential.
- You may request account deletion, but some data may be retained for legal reasons.
3. User Content
You may submit shops, mosques, offers, notices, reviews, images, etc. By submitting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and promote that content within the App. You warrant that your content does not infringe others’ rights.
4. Prohibited Activities
When using the App, you shall not:
- Post illegal, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or offensive content.
- Violate others’ privacy or spam.
- Attempt to breach App security or introduce malware.
- Disrupt the App’s functionality or overload servers.
- Copy, modify, or reverse‑engineer any part of the App without permission.
5. Intellectual Property
All App content (logos, design, text, graphics, source code) is our property or that of our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may use the App for personal, non‑commercial use only; any other use requires our written permission.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" without any warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Third‑Party Services
The App uses third‑party services such as Google Maps, Firebase, WhatsApp. Their own terms apply, and we are not responsible for their actions.
8. Changes to Terms
We may revise these terms at any time. Major changes will be notified via the App or notifications. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Termination
We may terminate your account or access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these terms or harm us.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Bangladesh.
