আমাদের অ্যাপে প্রদত্ত তথ্য শুধুমাত্র সাধারণ তথ্যের উদ্দেশ্যে। অ্যাপটি ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই দাবিত্যাগের শর্তাবলী মেনে নিচ্ছেন।
১. তথ্যের নির্ভুলতা
আমরা দোকান, মসজিদ, নামাজের সময়, অফার, ঠিকানা ইত্যাদি তথ্য যথাসম্ভব নির্ভুল রাখার চেষ্টা করি। তবে তথ্যগুলো ব্যবহারকারী বা দোকান/মসজিদ কর্তৃপক্ষের দ্বারা সরবরাহকৃত এবং আমরা তার নির্ভুলতা, সম্পূর্ণতা বা সাম্প্রতিকতা সম্পর্কে কোনো ওয়ারেন্টি দিই না। ব্যবহারকারী নিজ দায়িত্বে তথ্য ব্যবহার করবেন।
২. অবস্থান ও নেভিগেশন
অ্যাপে জিপিএস ও গুগল ম্যাপস ব্যবহার করে অবস্থান ও রুট দেখানো হয়। তবে প্রকৃত অবস্থান, ট্রাফিক, রাস্তার অবস্থা ইত্যাদির কারণে রুট ভিন্ন হতে পারে। আমরা কোনো ক্ষতি বা দুর্ঘটনার জন্য দায়ী নই।
৩. নামাজের সময় ও মসজিদের তথ্য
নামাজের সময় ও জুমার সময় মসজিদ কর্তৃপক্ষ দ্বারা সরবরাহকৃত। সময় পরিবর্তন হতে পারে; ব্যবহারকারী নিজে মসজিদের সাথে যাচাই করে নেবেন।
৪. বিজ্ঞাপন ও স্পনসরড কনটেন্ট
অ্যাপে স্পনসরড লিস্টিং ও বিজ্ঞাপন রয়েছে। এগুলোর বিষয়বস্তু তৃতীয় পক্ষের দ্বারা সরবরাহকৃত এবং আমরা তার সঠিকতা বা মানের জন্য দায়ী নই।
৫. ব্যবহারকারী‑জেনারেটেড কনটেন্ট
ব্যবহারকারীরা দোকান, মসজিদ, রিভিউ, মন্তব্য যোগ করতে পারেন। এসব কনটেন্টের জন্য ব্যবহারকারী নিজেই দায়ী। আমরা আপত্তিকর বা ভুল তথ্য অপসারণের চেষ্টা করি, তবে তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে তা সম্ভব নাও হতে পারে।
৬. দায়বদ্ধতার সীমাবদ্ধতা
আইনের অনুমোদিত সর্বোচ্চ সীমা পর্যন্ত, অ্যাপ ব্যবহারের ফলে কোনো প্রত্যক্ষ, পরোক্ষ, আনুষঙ্গিক, বিশেষ বা ফলস্বরূপ ক্ষতির জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই।
৭. তৃতীয় পক্ষের লিংক
অ্যাপে গুগল ম্যাপস, হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ, ফোন নম্বর ইত্যাদির মাধ্যমে তৃতীয় পক্ষের সেবায় লিংক থাকতে পারে। তাদের নিজস্ব নীতি ও শর্ত প্রযোজ্য, আমরা তাদের জন্য দায়ী নই।

The App uses GPS and Google Maps to show location and routes. Actual location, traffic, road conditions may differ. We are not liable for any loss or accident.
3. Prayer Times & Mosque Information
Prayer times and Friday prayer times are provided by mosque authorities. Times may change; users should verify with the mosque.
4. Advertisements & Sponsored Content
The App contains sponsored listings and advertisements. Their content is provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for their accuracy or quality.
5. User‑Generated Content
Users can add shops, mosques, reviews, comments. The user is solely responsible for such content. We try to remove offensive or incorrect information but may not be able to do so immediately.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
7. Third‑Party Links
The App may contain links to third‑party services (Google Maps, WhatsApp, phone numbers). Their own policies and terms apply; we are not responsible for them.
